What services do you offer?
​Virtual Realty Assistants (VRA) offers virtual assistance to real estate agents. We will handle all the screening, recruiting, training, management, and payroll so you can focus on your business.
Where are you located?
Our main office is based in Houston, Texas, USA. Our Virtual Assistants operate remotely from the Philippines, and our administrative team also works remotely to support our global operations efficiently.
What are your office hours?
Our office is open from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm CST. Once you’ve hired a VA, you will determine your VA’s working schedule that will accommodate your needs, as long as your VA puts in 40 hours/week (full time VA) or 20 hours/week (part time VA).
What skill sets do your VAs have?
Our VAs are highly skilled with KW Command and real estate related administrative tasks. Some common tasks that they can do are email management, calendar management, data entry, transaction coordination and real estate support. They are also trained with social media management, and basic web design using Wix and WordPress. Our capabilities are not only limited to these and we can help you with anything that can be done remotely. If there’s a specific skill that you want your VA to have, you can reach out to our team at contact@vrealtyassistants.com to let us know and we will train them.

What happens after I sign up?
After you book a schedule with us, you’ll receive a confirmation email. During your scheduled discovery call, we’ll learn more about your business, the kind of support you need, and you may also interview our trained Virtual Assistants (VAs) during the call.
Once you choose your VA, we’ll take care of the hiring, contracts, and onboarding. No hassle—just results.
What happens if my VA isn’t meeting expectations?
You can always reach out to our team and discuss any concerns that you might be having with your VA. You can email us at contact@vrealtyassistants.com or you can call or text us at 1-281-612-9678. Your satisfaction is our top priority. After you hire your VA, we’ll conduct check-ins after two weeks and on days 30, 60 and 90.
How will I track my VA’s activity?
The VAs will use a time tracker software that will capture and record their screen activity. We will send these reports along with your invoice. You can also opt for your VA to send you SOP (Start of Day) and EOD (End of Day) reports.
Will I get a dedicated VA?
Absolutely! Aside from their skill sets, we use the DISC test to screen the VAs to make sure that we hire only those who are reliable, diligent, and have a high attention to detail. They undergo several assessments during their training and are held to high standards.

How much does it cost to hire a VA?
We charge $1,500 for a full time VA and $800 for a part time VA. We will send you an invoice every 20th of the month and will auto debit the bill from your credit card.
